Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

10.2 Individual Sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Once a session has been delivered, no refunds are offered for that session.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time courtesy reschedule or credit, but this is not guaranteed.

10.3 Packages & Programs

For packages of multiple sessions or programs:

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, amounts paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may offer a pro-rated refund for unused sessions or convert remaining value to credit, subject to an administrative fee.

10.4 Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session or program, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a new date/time or issue a refund for the affected service.
